Clash Royale has been out for more than a year, and it has seen some of the most exciting matches the community has to offer. Here are SPOUT 360’s top five comebacks that made many heads turn in the history of the competitive mobile game!
In the first minute, Trymacs’ tower was down 1k HP. He went into overtime with 508 HP remaining, and Yeahh has the Lightning in his deck. Trymacs’ Giant helped him get Yeahh’s tower HP into Lighting + Log range; he won the game with 162 HP remaining.
Chief Pat’s left tower was down in the first minute and faced an uphill task coming back against Clyde’s towers at nearly full HP. He managed to get Clyde’s right tower in the last 10 seconds and miraculously went on to win the game using his Golem + Miner combo.
Flawless pulled out the surprise X-bow in this game. Even though he was up against an Inferno Tower, his smart usage of his cards helped him win the game in the final second. It all boiled down to his X-bow shooting faster than the Goblins on his tower.
Coltonw83’s left tower was standing at 613 HP in Overtime, up against JakeConquers’ left tower at full HP. He won the game when his tower was at 10 HP, with Golemites and Graveyward on it. At this time, his Baby Dragon got off that crucial one attack which allow him to finish JakeConquers’ tower with a Lightning spell.
Clash Royale fights do not get any closer than this! Awdasea’s right tower was a Fireball and Zap away from losing, but his crazy play of going for 3 crowns and attacking Darthjarjar’s Tower with Ice Golem and Elite Barbarians paid off. This forced Darthjarjar to defend instead. His Miner + Poison combo allowed Awdasea to finish off the game with a Fireball of his own!
There you have it; the top 5 comebacks since Clash Royale was launched. The insane timing and closeness of these matches really brings the game up to a new level. As more competitions and skill levels increase, there will be even closer comebacks we can look forward to in the future!
